1. What Akiya Gacha is
Akiya Gacha is a discovery platform that introduces publicly listed Japanese properties. We are not a real-estate broker and do not mediate, negotiate, or conclude any transaction. All purchases of property happen directly with the original lister.
2. Reveals and payments
A "reveal" is a one-time purchase of access to information about a specific house that you choose — never a random draw. What you receive is information access, not the property itself. We do not issue coins, points, or any prepaid currency; every payment is a direct, per-purchase transaction processed by Stripe.
3. Rarity and masks
Mask depth corresponds to rarity tier under a fixed, public rule (see /about). We never randomize this correspondence. Paid placement by listers, if ever offered, has no influence on rarity.
4. Refunds
Because a reveal delivers its content immediately, reveals are non-refundable once opened. Premium can be cancelled at any time, and revealed cards stay in your Zukan afterwards.
5. Your collection
Revealed cards remain in your Zukan even after cancelling a subscription. We may mark properties as SOLD or unpublish listings (e.g. after a takedown request), but your record of having revealed them is preserved.
6. Accuracy
Listing data is extracted from third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated. Each card shows a data-completeness rate. Always verify details on the original listing before acting.
7. Takedown
Rights holders may request removal of a listing at /takedown. We unpublish within 48 hours of a valid request.
